The BlongoBall Set features 2 BlonGoals, 2 sets of BlongoBalls, and an simple to carry box for maximum portability. So, join the craze and see what BlongoBall is all concerning! |
| Liven up your camping trips and family reunions together with this full BlongoBall set. Appropriate for use together outdoors and indoors, BlongoBall combines elements from bocce, horseshoes, croquet, and other lawn sports, but adds a distinctive twist: rather than throwing a ball or a shoe, you throw a BlongoBall, which is technically two small spheres connected by a thin stretch of rope. The goal is to wrap your BlongoBall all-around one of the horizontal bars of the BlonGoal, which stands 25 feet away (or less if children are playing). Players score one, two, or three points together with a successful throw, depending on which bar the BlongoBall grabs. And the strategy ends when one person or team reaches 21 points exactly. You can even add a bit of defensive strategy to the strategy by trying to knock your opponent's BlongoBalls off the bars. BlongoBall is fun for children and families, but it's in addition excellent for physical education classes, teambuilding games, or even as a rehab tool in a therapy environment. The BlongoBall set comes together with two BlonGoals and two sets of BlongoBalls. Players can in addition buy such accessories as more BlongoBalls, a carrying bag, and a portable score tower. Concerning BlongoBall Mike Long and his wife, Roberta, were early retirees who spent much of their time fishing, hunting, rafting, boating, and RVing. When Mike was introduced to the rudimentary concept of BlongoBall, he decided this the strategy merited serious development and investigation. Mike built the prototype strategy and used all of his friends as test subjects. BlongoBall was tested on the beaches of Lake Powell, on raft trips on the Salmon River, on the beaches of San Diego, and in parks and campgrounds shape the southwest to the northwest. In each setting, passersby would stop and interrupt the games to locate out where they could buy BlongoBall. The enthusiastic response encouraged Mike to continue to refine the rules and goal configurations. Afterwards months of design, research and testing, Mike applied for and received a patent for BlongoBall, which has been enthusiastically received by children and adults of all ages since its open. Founded in 2004, BlongoBall is placed in Spokane, Washington. |

| By Mom of 4 boys!!! |
| If you can get past the safety issue of golf balls being thrown...this is a great outdoor game. I have 4 boys and this is a great team game for them to play. Highly recommend it and nice and compact for storage. |
Hope Grand Children will enjoy 2009-12-27 |
| By vmm (Summerton,SC) |
| I purchased the same game last year for 2 of my other Grandchildren. It has been well used and enjoyed. So this year I tried looking to see if there was something better out there. Could not find an improvement so I bought the same one. |

Most cost-efficient for quality ladder golf/hillbilly golf 2009-12-15 |
| By Leah Pullem (Louisville, KY USA) |
I spent HOURS reading all of the reviews for various ladder golf brands. They varied considerably.
I eventually decided to pay a little bit more for the blongo ball, and think it was a good decision.
It is pretty easy to put together, my husband did it in no time.
The balls are very sturdy. We've gotten them stuck in trees and power lines, and they still are in pristine condition. They are well-built.
The stand itself is what it is. It's made of pipes. It's not extremely strong. We laid a few bricks on the base (and rocks), to keep it from tipping over.
We play with a very strong throw, so we have managed to crack one of the connector pipes. It's still held together. Tape'll probably fix it completely.
Just keep in mind that you'll need to weigh down the base... ALso, trim your trees! We found this out the hard way.
Overall, it's a great product. relatively portable. We've taken it tailgating. |
